Nicholas Breslow is a freelance creative professional based in New York City. Nick has worked as an illustrator and photographer after working full-time as a fashion designer for many years. He is now focused on expanding his illustration and photography portfolio. Nick recently designed this site, is working on a childrens book and is taking photographs for a documentary.
Work
Nick has experience in a variety of artistic disciplines. He has training in all the technical aspects of clothing design, can illustrate an idea using traditional and new media, and is proficient in conventional and digital photography. His work has been featured on numerous websites and publications.
Education | Career
Nicholas graduated from Wesleyan University in 1999, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in American Studies. After working in men’s apparel for Paul Stuart, he went to London to study fashion design part-time at Central St. Martin’s College. He later returned to the US and earned an Associate Degree in Fashion Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology in 2002, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Nicholas designed under his own label before working for Jill Stuart and Liz Claiborne.
